This tariff classification number is correct.&&&&The Cardboard boxes under review meet the terms of heading 48.19. which cover "Cartons, boxes, cases, bags and other packing containers, of paper, paperboard, cellulose wadding or webs of cellulose fibres; box files, letter trays, and similar articles, of paper or paperboard of a kind used in offices, shops or the like."&&&&Tariff item 4819.10.00 further includes "Cartons, boxes and cases, of corrugated paper or paperboard.”&&&&Since they are not sanitary food or beverage containers, the cardboard boxes are classified under the statistical suffix 4819.10.00.90 as “Other” containers.
