&&According to the information submitted, the product is a battery operated Halloween candle and flame decoration made of plastics. The candle is 21 cm high with a diameter of 8 cm. Inside the candle there are two small flashing LED lights that illuminate a festive Halloween scenery depicting a haunted house, ghosts, pumpkins, bats, crooked trees and a cemetery. The scenery follows the contour of the candle and is therefore, backlighted. The lights also create an effect of a flickering flame when turned on.
