&&The goods are traditional Indian ice cream known as kulfi. These products consists of individually wrapped units of approximately 50 grams in weight per unit. Your request included 13 varieties of kulfi products with flavours ranging from fruit, nuts, and chocolate flavours with the following trade name:&&&&Kesar Pista Kulfi, Malai Kulfi, Kaju Kishmish Malai Kulfi, Mango Kulfi, Strawberry Kulfi, Chocolate Kulfi, Paan Kulfi, Lychee Kulfi, Rose Kulfi, Fruit Cream Kulfi, Black Current Kulfi, Poora Aam Kulfi and Anjeer Kulfi.&&&&The goods are prepared by evaporating 6% full fat milk while continuously stirring to ensure it does not adhere to the receptacle until the volume is reduced by half. The fruit and nut ingredients are added to the condensed milk base depending upon the particular flavour or variation of kulfi being produced. The semi-condensed mix is placed in air-tight molds which are then submerged in ice mixed with salt to speed up the freezing process.&&
