Other (including factory rejects) This subheading covers all aluminium waste not covered by subheading 7602 00 11 . ‘Factory rejects’ is to be taken to mean new articles, finished or unfinished, which because of a manufacturing fault (for example, a defect in the metal structure or a defect resulting from processing) can be used only for the recovery of the metal.
