Other This subheading includes: 1.  optical discs on which the recorded information can be erased and new data can be recorded (‘rewritable compact discs’ (CD-RWs) and ‘rewritable digital versatile discs’ (DVD-/+RWs)). They can be identified by the disc recording software of an automatic data-processing machine; 2.  rewritable DVD-RAMs and ‘MiniDiscs’ which are both housed in cartridges.
