&&In your request for an Advance Ruling you proposed tariff classification under 0305.10.00.00. This tariff classification number is incorrect.&&&&The product has been further prepared than what is included in terms of heading 03.05 and Explanatory Notes to heading 03.05. Also, since the manufacturing process removes the fish cartilage from the product, it does not meet the definition of a fish as defined in the Explanatory Notes to heading 03.05. As per the Explanatory Notes to heading 35.04, the product is not excluded from this heading since it is not put up as a medicament as described in Explanatory Notes to heading 30.03 and 30.04.
