&&This product, is 100% polypropylene black braided rope. It is approximately 6 meters long with a diameter of 1 cm and a circumference of about 36 mm. Each end of the rope is burnt and presented loosely knotted in its package. A read piece of fabric (16 cm x 5 cm) with Velcro is inserted on the rope that can be moved along the rope it and be removed if needed.
&&The product is a simple piece of rope. It does not have the character of a toy of heading 95.03. Although the rope is marketed as a skipping rope, without the handles, it does not have the character of a skipping rope. With respect to the Velcro pieces, it is incidental to a game of tug-0-war and is used primarily as a tie for storage.
