&&This is a cooking grate for the Coleman® NXT™ portable gas barbeques, models 100, 200 and 300. These barbeques feature ‘mix-and-match cooktops’ that allow the user to interchange a grill, griddle or grate cooking surface. The NXT™ Stove Grate has been designed to hook into the barbeque and resembles an oven rack/shelf. It is made of nickel chrome finished steel wire, and is sold as an accessory to the gas barbeques allowing them to be used as stove tops to cook food contained in pots and pans.

&&Heading 73.21 of the Customs Tariff provides for stoves, ranges, grates, cookers, barbecues, braziers, gas-rings, plate warmers and similar non-electric domestic appliances and their parts, of iron or steel. Although the NXT™ Stove Grate is sold separately from the barbeque and is interchangeable with the grill or griddle, one of these cooking surfaces must always be used when cooking food as they keep the food from burning or falling into the flame of the barbeque. The grate is considered necessary to the function and use of the host appliance and is therefore considered a part of subheading 7321.90.
