These articles can be made of any material, e.g., wood, aluminum, carbon or a combination thereof”.&&&&The Velbon Rup-40 Monopod meets the terms of heading 96.20 and is appropriately classified therein, more specifically under tariff item 9620.00.29 which provides for monopods, bipods and similar articles for photographic cameras.
