In rolls The roofing and facing products included under this subheading consist of at least three layers; a middle layer of paper or paperboard or of other materials (for example, glass wool, jute fabric, aluminium foil, felt, nonwoven fabric) sandwiched between two layers of asphalt or similar materials. These covering layers may also contain or be coated with other materials (for example, sand).
